I never, EVER, thought I’d say that! Seriously. I have awful asthma, so I never really tried to really run. I can’t go very far, so I alternate running and fast walking.
Running is just so relaxing. And the fact that I’m burning and toning at the same time is pretty nice too!
I love pushing myself. Ten more steps, to the next tree, to the one after that. I feel so powerful and strong and, oddly, pretty/sexy.
My run was cut short tonight because I had bad cramps. But I did a mile in 11 minuets. Which seems slow, I know. But that’s the fastest I’ve ever done!!
Do y’all like running? Any tips for a begginner runner?
